Project Manager
Description:
We are looking for a Project Manager to join our team.
Candidates should have expertise in information technology and business administration for the role of Project Manager.
The responsibilities of the Project Manager include overseeing software projects from start to finish, managing software developers and other team members, giving customer presentations, and writing project proposals.
To be successful as a Project Manager, you should have an excellent working knowledge of project estimation techniques and the ability to motivate team members.
Duties & Responsibilities:
- Develop project scopes and objectives, ensuring technical and business feasibility
- Coordinate internal & external resources for the optimal execution of the projects
- Ensure the delivery of projects on-time, within objectives and budget
- Delegate workload within the team based on availability & project scope
- Participating in and supervising each stage of the project
- Develop a detailed project plan and track progress
- Measure project performance using appropriate techniques and tools
- Report to management where needed
- Perform a risk assessment to minimize project risks
- Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation
- Other related responsibilities
Skills, Qualifications & Experience:
- Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Engineering, Project management, or a related field
- At least two years of experience in project management, preferably in software development projects
- Solid familiarity with project management software tools, methodologies, and best practices
- Technical background with a good understanding of software development
- Excellent interpersonal skills
- Strong organizational skills and analytical skills
- Problem-solving skills
- Teamwork skills
- PMP / PRINCE II certification will be considered an advantage
- Fluent in English (verbal and written)
